Built for the route.

Residential bin cleaning today. Pressure washing, lawn, and window crews next.

Good Job is the platform built for recurring residential cleaning routes. Subscription billing, hauler-aware scheduling, density-routed dispatch, branded customer signup — end to end, in one app. One price. Every user. Money in your bank tomorrow. No per-seat tax. No instant-payout upsell. No annual lock-in. Built for the rig and the route.

Early access · bin cleaning first No card · no commitment First to know · first to onboard

Four things we will never do to you.

Every software company promises the world. We're going to write down the four things we won't do — in plain English — and staple them to the front of this page. If we ever break one, you walk.

01Pricing

No per-user fees. Ever.

Add the second driver. Add the office. Add a fifth tech next quarter. Your bill stays $99. Jobber's price jumps from $49 to $169 the day you hire helper number two. Workiz Pro lands a 6-tech crew at $715/mo. We don't think hiring should trigger a renewal call.

02Product

No feature gating. No tiers.

There is one plan. If it ships in Good Job, every customer gets it. Subscription billing, route optimization, hauler-aware scheduling, branded customer signup, voice intake, AI quote drafts. Not "premium." Not "enterprise." Just included. The pricing page is one number, in big letters, because that's all there is.

03Payments

Money in your bank tomorrow. Free. Always.

Card and tap-to-pay settle to your account by end of the next business day. ACH clears in 2–4 business days and deposits the next. Every time. No "instant payout" tier sold for an extra 1%. Jobber charges +1% to skip their 2-day hold. Housecall Pro's Instapay charges +1% per transaction. We just ship the fast lane as the standard lane — 4 to 6 days faster than Jobber and HCP on every channel.

04Commitment

No contracts. No lock-in.

Month-to-month, always. Two-click cancel, no retention gauntlet, no "just one quick call," no hostage data. Full CSV export of every customer, subscription, job, and invoice on your way out. Jobber's annual plan bills the full year up front, non-refundable. ServiceMonster requires annual on every tier. We don't think you should have to be handcuffed for software to be worth $99.

Everything the route needs, on the job.

Six tools, one app. Headers say "for any cleaning route that recurs." Examples are bin-cleaning because that's what's running today. Pressure washing, lawn, and window crews, the same six tools fit you too.

01 / SUBSCRIPTIONSweekly · monthly · quarterly
$

Subscription billing & autopay.

Six default plans — weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, every-other-month, quarterly, one-time. Card on file. Pause for a month, skip a date, change the plan, cancel — all from the customer card, all without chasing a check. Stripe Connect under the hood; merchant of record is you.

02 / ZONESpolygons · same-day pricing
Z

Service zones & pricing.

Draw your zones. Set same-day prices for the dense neighborhood, next-day for the run out east, surcharges for the far edge. Homeowners only see plans that fit their address. PostGIS handles the lookup before they finish typing the zip.

03 / HAULERholiday calendar · auto-shift
H

The hauler shifts. So do you.

Per-property hauler. City picks Wednesday for the holiday week instead of Tuesday — your route shifts itself the night before, and the customers get a text. Republic, City of SA, Tiger holiday calendars seeded for Texas. Add yours; we'll learn it.

04 / ROUTINGdensity · pickup-day
R

Density-aware route building.

First clean ASAP. Recurring stops stack onto the days you're already running. AWS Location Service Route Matrix with traffic-aware travel time. The route fills before the truck does — that's how you get to fifty stops in one mile of driving.

05 / SIGNUPlanding · funnel · embed
S

Branded signup page included.

You get /o/your-business — a hosted landing page with your zones, your plans, and a Stripe-backed checkout funnel. Drop the embed snippet onto your existing site, share the QR on the truck, send it as a text. Homeowner clicks once, route fills.

06 / VOICE + AIen / es · human-in-loop

Voice intake. AI on the desk, not the wheel.

"Add the new customer at 421 Ash Street, two-bin weekly, starting next Tuesday." Done. English or Spanish — Whisper hears you through the pressure washer. Claude drafts the customer record, the route assignment, the welcome text. Every output waits for you to tap approve. Built into the price; never sold separately.

One trade. All the way down.

We go deep on one trade before we add the next. No fifty-trade buffet, no generic "service business" software pretending to know your route. The architecture is multi-trade. The marketing isn't.

Bin CleaningPressure WashingLawn & LandscapeWindow Cleaning

Phase one: residential bin cleaning, end to end — zones, hauler-aware scheduling, density-routed pickup days, multi-truck dispatch, public signup funnel. Live now.

Up next: pressure washing, lawn & landscape, window cleaning. The same six tools, same one price, same one bill no matter how many of them you run.

Run more than one?
Still $99. One bill.

What you're paying now. What you'd pay us.

We pulled the public pricing pages of Jobber, Housecall Pro, Workiz, GorillaDesk, and ServiceMonster on the day we wrote this. The numbers are theirs, not ours. Print it. Bring it to your next renewal call.

We didn't build this because we saw a market opportunity. We built it because we're tired of watching honest work get nickel-and-dimed by dishonest software.

Questions from people who have been burned before.

Q / 01What is "early access" and what does the waitlist actually get me?
A spot in line. We're onboarding bin-cleaning operators one at a time so we can sit with each of you, watch the route fill, and fix what we find. Joining the waitlist tells us your trade, your state, and your scale, and puts you ahead of cold inbound. When we open your slot, you get the full product at $99 — no introductory pricing tricks, no "early adopter tier" that converts to something more expensive later.
Q / 02If there's really no per-user fee, how do you make money?
Subscription billing covers the product. Payment processing covers the company. When customers pay you through Good Job, we take a modest margin on top of the exact Stripe rate. That's the whole model, on one page. It also means we're structurally incentivized to help you get paid faster, not slower — there's no instant-payout tier we'd be selling against ourselves.
Q / 03I'm a bin-cleaning operator. What does Good Job do that Jobber, Housecall Pro, or GorillaDesk doesn't?

Three things they aren't built for:

  • Hauler-aware scheduling. When the city pushes pickup a day for a holiday, your route shifts itself the night before. The incumbents make you reschedule by hand.
  • Density-routed pickup days. Recurring stops stack onto the days you're already running, not whichever day the customer felt like. The route fills before the truck does.
  • Public signup funnel + embed. A hosted, branded landing page with zone-aware checkout — included. The incumbents make you bring your own marketing site.

Plus the structural stuff: $99 flat (Jobber jumps to $169 at user two), no instant-payout upsell (Jobber charges 1%), no annual lock (Jobber's annual is paid up front, non-refundable).

Q / 04What if I run more than bin cleaning? I also do pressure washing / lawn / windows.
Bin cleaning is what's running today. Pressure washing, lawn & landscape, and window cleaning are next. The data model and the six tools are trade-agnostic from day one — when we open your additional service, it shows up on the same dashboard, on the same bill, at the same $99. We will not charge you twice for running two trades.
Q / 05How fast are payouts, really? What's the catch?

No catch — here's the honest breakdown by channel. Tap-to-pay and online card settle to your bank by end of the next business day. ACH clears in 2–4 business days and deposits the next. All of it free, every time, no "instant" upsell.

Jobber's standard card payout is two business days; they charge an extra 1% to skip the wait. Housecall Pro's Instapay charges 1% per transaction. We just ship the fast lane as the standard lane — 4 to 6 days faster on every channel — for free. The reason is structural: we make our money when you run card and ACH volume through us, so we're incentivized to help you get paid faster, not slower.

Q / 06Can I cancel? How hard is it?
Two clicks. Settings → Cancel. No retention call. No "just one quick demo." We export every customer, subscription, route, invoice, and payment history to standard CSV and JSON formats. You leave with everything you brought, plus everything you built here. If we're not worth $99 a month, we shouldn't have you handcuffed.
Q / 07What about the iOS app and offline mode?
Crew app for iOS is shipped — Today's route, job details, status updates. Full offline write queue and on-truck photo proof are landing in the next release. We'd rather wait until it's bulletproof than ship the half-version and call it "offline." When you join the waitlist, we'll tell you the week it's live.
Q / 08Spanish voice input — actually working, or marketing?
Working. Whisper auto-detects language and Claude processes both English and Spanish natively. From day one — not a v2 item. The crew runs in the language the crew runs in.
Q / 09What's the catch on "everything included"? Where are the limits?

Honest answer: three things on our back-end cost us real money the more you use them — AI (Claude tokens for voice intake, quote drafting, and co-pilot), route optimization (AWS Location Service calls), and customer SMS. We include generous monthly allotments on all three. If you exceed them, you opt in to more at our cost plus a thin margin. No tier upgrade. No sales call. No surprise bill. Ever.

Included every month in the $99:

  • 2,000 AI actions — voice-to-customer, quote drafts, co-pilot suggestions
  • 1,500 route optimizations — morning dispatch, mid-day reroutes, ETA calcs
  • 2,500 customer SMS — appointment reminders, on-the-way alerts, invoice sends

What that actually covers, in plain English:

  • 1-truck bin operator running 60 stops/day → ~30% of the limit
  • 2-truck bin operator running 120 stops/day → ~55% of the limit
  • 3-truck operator pushing 200 stops/day → ~85% of the limit
  • Multi-truck multi-trade running AI on every customer touch → goes over on AI + SMS, pays a bit of overage

If you do go over: $10 buys another 1,000 AI actions. $5 buys another 1,000 route calls. $10 buys another 1,000 SMS. Opt-in only. Alerts at 80%. The app tells you before anything changes, and you confirm before anything is added to your bill. — same promise, bigger route

Get on the list.
